2023 Bebras Challenge Success

Pupils from Years 2 to 6 entered the Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge, a global competition that thousands of young people take part in annually.
Over 75% of Crescent’s pupils scored above the national average with more than ever of them finishing in the top 10%, a superb achievement. Two pupils in Year 5, Alex and Sam, scored full marks, making them not only 'best in school' but also joint 1st in the country.
Huge congratulations to everyone who took part, particularly to our top performers in each category. Everyone who competed received a certificate, with many earning a Merit or even a Distinction.
Once again, Crescent pupils proved that we are a little school with some very big ambitions.
