The Princethorpe Foundation

A shared ethos

The Princethorpe Foundation welcomes children of all faiths and backgrounds and provides
co-educational, independent day schooling with a strong Christian ethos for children aged two to eighteen years.

The Princethorpe Foundation welcomes children of all faiths and backgrounds and provides co-educational, independent day schooling with a strong Christian ethos.

We support and nurture some 1,300 children from age two to eighteen years, through Little Crackers Nursery, Crackley Hall School, Crescent School and Princethorpe College.

Princethorpe College and Crackley Hall School, are the only Catholic independent senior and junior school in the county. The Crescent School in Bilton, Rugby, joined the Foundation in September 2016.

Our schools are characterised by their strong Christian ethos and pride themselves on providing a caring, stimulating environment in which children’s individual needs can be met and their talents, confidence and self-esteem developed. We aim to encourage a lifelong love of learning and an understanding of moral values, and to put young people on the road to happy and fulfilled lives.

COVID-19 Update – The Princethorpe Foundation's Schools Reopen In Line With Government Guidance, For All Other Pupils Learning Continues At Home - June 2020

The Princethorpe Foundation has reopened its Schools in line with Government guidelines.  All schools are also open to the children of parents’ whose work is critical to the COVID-19 response and who absolutely need to attend.

Our Home Learning Programmes continue for all pupils who are working at home.

Many staff continue to work remotely and all are able to respond to questions, calls and emails, should you need us.

Lots of key information can be found on our website here and we will continue to keep in touch via our e-newsletters and our social media - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

We will of course continue to share other important information with you via email as required.

Thank you to all the parents who have sent in messages of support, thanks and appreciation over the last few weeks, they have been very gratefully received by our wonderful staff.

We wish all the pupils, parents, staff and wider Princethorpe community the very best over the coming weeks, please look after yourself and your families and make sure to strictly follow the government’s guidelines for social distancing and self-isolation if you do have symptoms.

We look forward to seeing you all again in more certain times.

With all best wishes.
